How does the audit allowance work?
Every monthly plan comes with a set number of full audits: 3 on Starter, 15 on Growth, 60 on Agency. The count resets each time Stripe renews your subscription. Audits you did not use do not carry over.
What happens when I run out of audits mid-month?
Buy a $49 one-time audit whenever you need one, subscriber or not. Those credits never expire, and we only spend them after your plan allowance is gone.
Is the one-time audit the same audit as the subscription plans?
Yes. Same engine, same seven scored categories, same report and PDF. The one-time audit reads up to 10 pages and checks one competitor, which matches Starter.
Can I change plans?
Anytime. Use the billing page, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Your allowance resets to the new tier when you switch, and Stripe prorates the charge.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Everything bills monthly in US dollars. If a yearly plan would help you, say so on the contact page. It is on the roadmap.
What counts as a competitor?
Any public site you want to measure yourself against. RankClear reads one homepage per competitor and compares the same homepage-level signals. It does not dig through a rival’s whole site.
Can I white-label reports for my clients?
On Agency, the report cover carries your business name and logo instead of ours. A small "Powered by RankClear" line stays in the footer.
What is your refund policy?
If an audit fails to finish, the credit goes back to your account on its own. You do not need to ask. For anything else, read the Refund Policy: requests made within 14 days of purchase are reviewed case by case.
Billing terms
- Prices are in US dollars and leave out any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Checkout calculates the tax.
- Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of the paid period.
- One-time credits never expire. They are spent only after that period’s subscription allowance runs out.
- Stripe handles payment. RankClear never sees or stores your card details.
